PNW LEAGUE: SPRING REGISTRATION OPEN
March 2nd-June 1st
Location: Rogers HS- Puyallup, WA
Dates: Sundays- 3/23, 4/27, 5/4, 6/1
Divisions: 18u B, 16u B, 14u G/B ,12U Coed, 10UCoed
Quarters Duration: 4 x 5 min, running time after 7 goal lead
Entry Fee: $150 per game
USA Water Polo Membership: Bronze / USA WP rules
Special League Rule
In the case of running time, all members of the winning team must be on their offensive half before there is an attempt to score. This will help promote front court development. If this is not the case, the referee will call a turnover. Exception if there is a need to stay back to play defense.

Her commitment to growing the sport and developing young athletes makes her the perfect fit to lead the Newport Hills water polo club, which she recently founded.As Head Zone Coach for PNW Women's USA Water Polo ODP Program, she plays a crucial role in mentoring coaches and creating opportunities for young players. Farrah's dedication is further evident in her leadership roles:
